the steady stream of water has stopped!!! the huge bubble in my ceiling has been ripped away and my light fixture no longer resembles a sprinkler system. apparently the guy above me has Drain Problems so that whenever he takes a bath (like he was doing last night) it drains down into my ceiling. what worries me most is that he’s lived up there for four months and this is only the first time...
