theres probably so much water damage up there from previous times
yeah it wouldn’t surprise me. these building are old and not centrally managed and maintained so there’s very little, like, regular maintenance.
on the upside oh man they are basically going to have to redo my whole bathroom because shit is so, so bad. so, new bathroom. sort of.
